Our company is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team!
In this role, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining our clients' IT infrastructure, providing exceptional service and technical expertise remotely. You will leverage your strong technical background and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, ensure system health, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and troubleshoot Office 365 applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams)
- Provide comprehensive desktop support to end-users (software installation, hardware troubleshooting, resolving technical problems)
- Administer Windows Server infrastructure (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS)
- Monitor system performance and security, implementing measures to maintain system integrity and availability
- Collaborate effectively with the IT team to support and implement IT projects and initiatives
- Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support roles, with strong expertise in Office 365, Azure, desktop support, and server administration
- In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services (Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage)
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Office 365 applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams)
- Experience with desktop support (Windows, macOS), hardware troubleshooting, and software installation
- Familiarity with Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment is a plus
