Senior Technical Project Manager

As a Senior Technical Project Manager with Resource Data, you’ll help scope and deliver custom software solutions that elevate enterprise systems efficiency, performance, and value. You’ll join a team of technical consultants to help provide solutions to our client’s most challenging enterprise IT problems. You’ll work closely with the client to understand both their business processes and IT needs to deliver projects within scope, timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project charters, budgets, plans, and overall scope for client-facing IT projects
• Liaise between client and internal project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of defined scopes and budget.
• Lead and direct teams of software developers, business analysts, testers, and architects to deliver on client projects
• Mitigate risks and proactively identify and resolve project issues

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience leading software development projects on Agile teams
• Proven ability to manage projects with $100k+ budgets
• Proficiency with project management planning and reporting tools
• Experience writing user stories and gathering technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in a client-facing role
• PMP certification is a plus
• Federal consulting experience a plus
