Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a Senior Technical Project Manager with a major corporation in Burbank. On-site 4-5 days per week in Burbank, CA
**Candidates must be well versed in Agile with tactical agile delivery experience along with experience supporting multiply projects $ 5m or above at the same time.**
For Informatica- It is general, not a specific module (ETL) that is needed. For BI- it is Power BI. (Power BI or Informatica)
12+ month contract with potential to be extended
Pay: $80-$86/hr DOE
Description:
The Enterprise Data Solution Platforms Senior Technology Project Manager will manage the following types of projects: upgrade, capability and functionality enhancement, data integration, consolidation, and transformation projects to drive business segment data system optimization and efficiencies for the following products:
• Business Intelligence, ETL Informatica Platform, EDP Enterprise Data Platform Services (Data Mining, Mapping, Transformation) Data Warehouse (SAP S4 HANA, Informatica, Azure, AWS, Snowflake).
The Senior Technology Project Manager will also be responsible for developing a consolidated view of the Project, and for Project deliverables including issue/risk management, cross-project dependencies, risk analysis, financials, stakeholder coordination, and regular communication of status. This individual will work closely with various technical delivery owners to define the project team and assign responsibilities.
The Senior Technology Project Manager – Enterprise Data Solution Platform will:
• deliver project management methodology and execution practices the following types of projects: upgrades, capability and functionality enhancements, data integration, consolidation, and transformation projects to drive business segment and system optimization and efficiencies for the following products:
Business Intelligence, ETL Informatica Platform, EDP Enterprise Data Platform Services (Data Mining, Mapping, Transformation) Data Warehouse/SaaS (SAP S4 HANA, Informatica, Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
• partner/collaborate with technical delivery leaders, vendors, business teams to manage the end-to-end Project
• drive the initiative from planning, requirements gathering, through execution and implementation – time, cost, scope, quality.
• facilitate technical conversations with the goal to illicit issues/risks migration throughout the course of the initiative
Basic Qualifications:
• 10 years of technology Project management experience managing middleware integrations, large financial transformational in a large-scale matrix organization; responsible for schedule, budget, scope, and quality.
• 8+ years experience working with Agile (SCRUM) methodologies with solid experience using agile delivery tools
Technical Depth: Proven experience as a Project Manager leading upgrades, enhancements, migrations, or integrations with delivery teams. TPM should have experience managing Data Integration/ Data Warehousing Projects and the ability to understand one or more of the following application Products:
5+ Years
• Business Intelligence, or Informatica
• Exposure to the following are a nice have: EDP Enterprise Data Platform Services (ETL, Data Mapping, Data Transformation) Data Warehouse (SAP S4 HANA, Informatica, Azure, AWS, Snowflake); Exposure to Cloud technologies like AWS or Azure
