The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Technical Producer, you will direct and drive our live productions and help to support the Broadcast Engineering needs of all DrRecruiaftKings produced content. This role requires someone with vast technical directing experience and an in-depth knowledge of the systems and hardware that bring our productions to life.
What you'll do as a Senior Technical Producer

• Serve as our Senior technical director and support the engineering, production, and visual for live programming.
• Drive technical production operations for broadcasts; by bringing on live guests, checking audio, creating streams, displaying graphics and publishing events.
• Establish new production workflows in three Boston-based studios.
• Create efficient work streams for the team, support needs and offer ideas on production.
• Identify production needs and work with leadership to make recommendations.

What you'll bring

• At least 5 years of technical experience in a major TV market, regional sports network or live video production.
• Level headed leadership in a high stress production environment.
• Live production experience and a Communications, Film, Media Production or related degree is required.
• Understanding of Ross Video technology, NewTek (TriCaster), TC1, NC2 and TalkShow; Carbonite, Inception, Tick-IT and Xpression, audio mixing is a plus.
• Experience troubleshooting production systems and control room technology along with exceptional skills and comfortability in a live environment.
• NDI and Dante experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work a floating schedule when necessary, including holidays.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is $24.57 - $36.86, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
