Job Description
Working alongside our Sr. Director of Global GTM Enablement, the Technical Sales Enablement lead will be an integral part of our organization in ramping and developing the technical side of our GTM organization, as well as our channel partners. This role is for someone who is passionate about helping our salesforce achieve success by managing a training program that will keep our team and partners knowledgeable on the inner workings of our solution and associated capabilities. This is an opportunity to take ownership of training our Solutions Engineers, Customer Success team, as well as our channel partners to become subject matter experts and solution consultants for our prospects and customer base.   
The ideal candidate will have a good mix of deep technical knowledge, business acumen, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
o   Strategize, develop and oversee the roadmap for Anomali's technical training programs
o   Collaborate with our SEs and CSM leaders to build and execute the onboarding program for new technical team members. 
o   Collaborate with our Channel leader to build and deliver the partner Enablement program for upleveling partners on Anomali knowledge
o   Collaborating with our Content Enablement team member, design and develop technical micro-based training materials for our training library.  
o   Design, manage and run certifications for the Solutions Engineering and Customer Success team on the technical value of Anomali
o   Assist with the technical side of competitive assessments and collateral (i.e. battlecards)
o   Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineer, Product Marketing and the Technical Sales team to guide and create content based on field requests.  
o   Be the subject matter expert on the technical components of the Anomali platform, which includes understanding the problems we solve, customer use cases and architecture of how Anomali will fit into our customer's ecosystem. 
o   Gather feedback from leaders of the Solutions Engineers, Customer Success team and Channel team on a regular basis to understand their training needs and constantly improve existing training programs.

Required Skills/Experience
o   4+ years of relevant work experience in Sales Enablement with a technical focus and/or in a Sales/Solutions Engineering role.  
o   Prior experience working with Cyber Security Solutions including detailed understanding of SIEM technology
o   Experience in content creation, training and Enablement materials for a technical audience
o   Ability to simplify and represent complex concepts into a curriculum with a strong sense of how enterprise sales professionals think, operate, and absorb training
o   Be comfortable delivering training presentations and workshops to technical team members and channel partners.  
o   Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-departmental team members (e.g product, engineering, product marketing, etc.)
o   Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing start-up environment
o   Bonus Experiences:
          Experience with a Value Selling focused Sales Methodology 
          Experience with learning management platforms (LMS) such as Allego, SalesHood, MindTickle, or etc
          Experience with video editing platforms like Camtasia or Adobe Premiere Pro
