SALARY: $20.48 per hour with a $0.75 shift differential
The Senior VMI Team Leader will assist the Supervisor to meet the scheduled picking orders and replenishments daily they will also participate in all aspects of maintaining a high level of productivity by monitoring, assisting, and training personnel as required to meet set goals. Work with the appropriate resources to perform daily inspections for product, quality, and equipment.
Available Shift: Friday - Sunday 7:00am - 7:30pm (12-hour shifts)

You will be responsible for...
Ensure all orders are released and prioritized
Make sure all replenishments are being completed
Slotting of skus for Pick to Light to replenish and pick
Organize team members and give assignments
Work with production scheduling to set up daily order priority
Ensure all orders are done accurately and on time
Lead and support other Senior Team Leaders as necessary
Work with other teams when instructed to do so by Supervisor
Follow safety and dress codes
Keep team production area clean and well-organized
Follow ISO/TL9000 requirements as it pertains to position

Qualifications
High school diploma, or GED
Minimum 1-year Team Leader experience
Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Computer proficiencies of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Must be able to read and write in English, bilingual a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem solving skills; able to analyze situations, including ability to spot issues in efficiency/productivity and suggest improvements.
Demonstrated ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.
Able to communicate well with others.
Able to count and recognize product.
Able to work in a team environment.
Able to execute responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Effectively train and coach employees.
Can work well under pressure and ability to operate successfully in a very fast paced working environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position works in a warehouse/distribution center setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and can be loud. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects more than 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to climb a ladder and retrieve stock.
