Senior Tax Manager (Contractor/Seasonal)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary)
• Preparation of agenda and document compilation for annual business consultation meetings
• Preparation of agenda, document compilation, and creation of tax plans for annual year-end tax planning meetings
• Building and maintaining excellent client relationships, managing projects from start to finish
• Additional duties may include month-end journal entries, financial reports, and general ledger reconciliations

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
• Experience in Lacerte Tax software is a plus
• Knowledge in QuickBooks or other accounting software is not required but is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
• CPA or EA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of current tax experience at a local or national CPA firm
• Experience working in a virtual office environment
• Excellent customer service skill
