Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer software systems and network connections.
• This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links.
• Analyze and resolve end user software program and connectivity issues.
• Provide end user training.
• Provide recommendations on technology direction to align with business vision.
• Provide both local and remote maintenance support to various operational systems deployed at more than one location.
• Support includes general maintenance, upgrades, and new installs of servers and applications.
• Apply advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing applications, and ensuring fault tolerance.
• Perform vulnerability management. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience:
• Three (3) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing, two of which are specialized in numerous specialized Information Processing disciplines involving a range of hardware/software solutions, three of which are concentrated, hand-on experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with various software.
• Certifications:
• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II (One of the Following):
• CCNA Security
• CySA+
• GICSP
• GSEC
• Security+ CE
• SSCP
• CND
• Computing Environment Certification (One of the following):
• CCNA-V
• CCNA Collaboration
• CISCO-CLTECH
• CISCO-CLCOR
• CCNA
• CTP+
• Cloud Essentials+
• CCDA
• CCIE-EI
• CCIE-EW
• CCNP-E
• CCSA
• CCSE
• CCSM
• Sun SCNA
• Amazon Web Services Certified Cloud Practitioner or higher (AWS Solutions Architect, AWS SysOps Administrator, AWS Developer, etc.)
• Clearance:
• Must possess Secret clearance
