Seeking a top-tier Senior Superintendent for high-end Residential Construction

The Senior Superintendent role is a critical hub for FORMA. In coordination with the Project Manager, Estimator, and the APM. The Superintendent works closely with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and other vendors. This role coordinates subcontractors, assigns tasks to the team, and oversees all layouts and daily site work. The documentation the Superintendent creates is an important part of managing the project and requires regular attention and updating.
Success in this role is measured by your Sense of urgency and ability to be a great ambassador of FORMA's culture across clients, architects, designers, owners reps, and our team.

Our Superintendents will ensure that our clients and stakeholders receive the best possible experience during the course of their project and beyond.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with the estimator during PreCon to ensure a thorough budget for each project
2. Coordinate the jobsite from overseeing set up and initial manpower requests.
3. Schedule subcontractor access and materials deliveries.
4. Update the three week look head and manpower projections and work with the Project Manager on potential project schedule updates on a weekly basis.
5. Start all RFIs and submittals for discussion and review with the PM and APM.
6. Use construction drawings, specs, and other documents to schedule work and layout trades.
7. Review all work done to ensure it matches the drawings and meets standards, provide direction and correction if any issues arise.
8. Update the daily log for the project, including cost coding and timesheets, manpower log for subcontractors, notes, photos, visitor log, employee timecards, and all other events from the day.
9. Coordinate with the APM on inspection scheduling and walkthroughs.
10. Provide training and mentorship to field staff.
11. Review and complete the final punch list, perform startup testing and coordinate with the PM and APM on the operations and maintenance manual handover.
Requirements:
Construction project management experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple high-priority tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills
Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft suite including teams and MS Project, Smartsheet, Sage and Procore.
Familiarity with Lean Construction
Team-oriented and willing to work with others to achieve results.
Strong sense of urgency

Compensation
This is a full-time, exempt role with a salary range of $150-190k annually with base and bonus
