Senior Stylist
As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for developing, styling and managing and maintaining wardrobes and portfolios for our most valuable clients to ensure our company client satisfaction, engagement and retention targets are exceeded. You will report to the VP, Creative Director and work closely with all members of the Styling Team, as well as Operations, and Engineering teams. In this role, you will onboard new clients: from their personal interview to owning and managing closet edits, to overseeing closet re-organizations to the delivery of the content in their Editorialist app, to the ongoing client-advisor relationship. You will engage regularly with your clients ensuring a seamless, exceptional luxury experience. You will assist in training Styling team members and lead by example. The Stylist effectively owns and executes these tasks to ensure the company’s success.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage, nurture and grow client relationships to Editorialist luxury standards
- Deliver Editorialist app content. Train clients on software and review content and recommendations
- Perform in-home visits for purchase reviews, styling, editing and pinning for alteration
- Communicate consistently with clients via Editorialist proprietary application to establish and maintain excellent relationships and to encourage engagement
- Oversee closet re-organizations
- Create and maintain client wardrobe gap analysis and diagnosis
- Perform virtual video styling sessions
- Manage styling, purchasing and sourcing for current VIP clients
- Onboard and develop new clients
- Perform client intake interviews and closet edits with an assistant
- Own and create clients’ initial deliverables included styling outfits in their digital wardrobe and sourcing recommendations, based on client profiles and preferences
- Work closely with the Director of Styling and VP Private Client Development to own individual monthly, quarterly and annual goals, planning activities, tracking results against expectations on a weekly and monthly basis, and identifying new business opportunities
- Continuous improvement focus on client experiences, processes, services and delivery
- Work closely with Developers with ideas and feedback for software updates, additions and improvements based on use-cases
- Take initiative on new client-focused projects as assigned
- Work with, develop, and train other Styling team members
- Maintain and manage weekly client workflow including assigning tasks to team of internal and external stakeholders
More About You
- Five + years experience working with high profile clients in the luxury fashion industry is essential, combined with a capability to develop strategies and action plans
- Three years personal styling experience with an established VIP clientele managing your own book of business with proven ability to exceed targets and the drive and motivation to sustain this
- Deep knowledge of current, international fashion trends, designers and products across multiple categories including men’s, women’s, fine jewelry and watches
- Previous experience productively self managing, working independently in a high paced environment
- Degree from a fashion institute is desirable
- Undergraduate college degree required
- Strong computer literacy and understanding of digital world
- Ability to travel
