SalaryDescription:
- Assisting Management in the closing process, perform monthly general ledger closings, preparing and processing monthly journal entries and performing monthly bank reconciliations for all CBCA group companies.
- Preparation of consolidated statements, cash flows and various analysis schedules and analytical procedures to determine cause of financial statement variances and meeting stated deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of information for the annual audit and budget and creating reports for both internal and external use.
- Communicate with logistics and customer service teams to research landed cost and currency discrepancies.
- Processing wire transfer payments through accounts payable and performing additional functions as necessary.
- Record bank and loan activity.
- Record and analyze payroll for both US and foreign subsidiaries.
- Record and analyze intercompany transactions with our Japan office and other subsidiaries when needed; maintain lead role in compiling consolidation reports.
- Prepare and file sales tax returns and annual business reports.
- Prepare & file Form 1042.
- Prepare and submit required US economic surveys.
- Primary role for generating banking wires for all CBCA group.
- Perform any other accounting duties as necessary.
