Job DescriptionESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-
- Serve as thought leader in new and creative approaches to Paid Social media and YouTube marketing
- Develop strategy, create media plans, manage, execute, and report on social and video brand initiatives
- Support ambassador-related and influencer-related social media initiatives related to performance campaigns
- Establish goals, benchmarks, and performance forecasts for social media and video; assess performance and proactively recommend strategy and tactical approach for growth
- Collaborate with agency, brand, and digital teams to budget, plan, QA, launch, and report on campaigns with cross-channel impact focus across performance marketing channels
- Maintain ongoing vigilance of reviewing the latest in industry trends, fashion/apparel trends including creative, and create competitor research analyses, as needed
- Create social media/digital marketing briefs and centralize
- Collaborate on maintaining social-specific promotion calendar for centralized visibility of initiatives; Oversee editorial calendars for social media and ensure cross-functional alignment with creative team and campaign team
- Build rapport and trust with other departments and teams, including but not limited to creative, development, product, retail, and PR
- Pull campaign stats and report using Google Analytics and media platforms including Social Platforms, Google Ads, YouTube, Google Analytics, Funnel, and other dashboards
- Assist in A/B test ideation, execution and post-test reporting
- Collaborate with Global Business Insights team to build post-campaign reporting decks.
- Serve as go-to expert and primary contact for social media tools/vendors including invoicing and budget management
- Train and help to grow team of in-house social media and YouTube experts
- Well-organized with excellent project management and time management skills
- Assist in all other day-to-day digital team functions, as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS-
- Highly computer literate; ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to complete work independently with careful attention to detail and follow-up; extremely accurate; demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills both verbal, written and interpersonal
- An interest in learning and utilizing new/emerging marketing technology
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-
- BA or BS degree preferred or 4+ years of DTC Paid Social media management experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience in office environment and minimum 1 year in a remote environment
- In-depth knowledge of social media channels, technologies, and YouTube/video ad placements
- Marketing Certifications a plus, but not required

Pay range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually.
