The Senior Specialist of HR Intelligent Automation will be responsible for supporting the evolution of automation in HR at our company. This position will report to the Director of HR Intelligent Automation and collaborate closely with the IT Intelligent Automation team, HR Centers of Excellence, and IT stakeholders. The Senior Specialist will help identify and assess the business value and potential of automation and generative AI opportunities, contribute to the development and execution of automation projects, and drive change within the organization. This role requires foundational knowledge of process automation tools such as robotic process automation, natural language processing, chatbots, generative AI, and Intelligent Automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the IT Intelligent Automation team, HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations and Work Force Analytics to assess the business value of automation and generative AI opportunities.

  • Analyze automation opportunities to assess ROI/value drivers and scalability of automation candidates.

  • Manage or support the delivery and implementation of prioritized Automation Projects.

  • Contribute to the integration of Intelligent Automation solutions into our company's existing technology stack, including platforms such as Workday, Phenom People, Vizier, Glint, Microsoft Viva, Axonify, and other vendor platforms.

  • Develop functional knowledge of HR systems and processes, particularly Workday, to align automation initiatives with business needs.

  • Collaborate across HR and IT to drive automation initiatives and deliver value for the HR organization.

  • Collaborate with IT and Solutions & Strategy team to design and deliver the necessary integration into existing processes, optimizing employee experience through automation, simplification, and improved quality.

  • Stay updated on vendor enhancements leveraging AI technologies and provide observations and insights for potential adoption or integration into existing processes.

*The working model for this role (Hybrid Or Remote) will depend on the location of the incumbent in relation to our office location*

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, HR, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in HR or related discipline

  • Understanding of process automation tools such as robotic process automation, natural language processing, chatbots, and Machine Learning/AI.

  • Familiarity with HR processes and systems, including Workday, and the ability to develop functional knowledge in this area.

  • Experience delivering/managing technology projects.

  • Leveraging technology and automation to drive value enablement for the organization.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and tools.

  • Ability to contribute to the accurate analysis of benefits derived from automation initiatives.

  • Aptitude for prioritizing opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies

  • Familiarity with Workday Extend and its capabilities

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. Expected salary range:

$111,400.00 - $175,300.00
