About the RoleAs a Use Case Solutions Engineer, you're a critical link between the Go-To-Market and the Product/Engineering sides of Miro. You'll be a key partner to the Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams in shaping how our customers use Miro and how our product evolves with the customers' needs. In this role, you'll be supporting our Strategic segment and get to work with our largest customers across a broad range of industries (Companies like Salesforce, Dell, Walmart, Coca-Cola, BCG etc)
What you'll do- Act as a technical and competitive product advisor to our Strategic enterprise customers, to help prove the value of Miro's platform over other solutions
- Work in collaboration with Sales, Product and Marketing to drive the benefits of our competitive differentiation
- Build and maintain a comprehensive lab environment to help build strategies and solutions to innovate past our competition
- Architect and demonstrate our product solutions that showcase qualitative and quantitative business value
- Communicate customer needs and product feedback to Miro's product management, engineering, marketing, and sales teams
- Serve as product expert with deep understanding of our integrations, APIs, application security, and line of business Use Cases
- 5+ years experience in a technical or customer facing role (i.e SE, Product Marketing, Program Manager), 3+ years in competitive analysis or intelligence
- Experience in broad enablement to various cross functional roles in a SaaS organization
- Strong background in value selling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an interest in delivering compelling presentations
- Demonstrated proficiency in conveying technical and business knowledge to executives and technical stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Desire to continuously improve and seek feedback
- Ability to learn fast and adapt to a constantly evolving product
- Knowledge or experience working with Miro or other SaaS enterprise collaboration, content management tools, or agile/scrum methodologies

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is $188,000 to $282,000. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
