Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Nanonation is seeking a full-time Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst to work as part of a team testing our world-class software products and custom solutions to ensure scalability and reliability. As a Senior Assurance Analyst with Nanonation, you must be willing to think analytically and thoughtfully about the end user experience. You must be adaptable, skilled at documentation, and a detail-oriented planner.

General Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans alongside team members and stakeholders
• Ensure consistent, on-time delivery of high-quality software
• Identify opportunities to automate testing and improve processes
• Work with support personnel to troubleshoot defects in production
• Provide training and guidance to junior QA team members

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience
• Test case creation skills and experience with formal processes
• Test planning background and/or solid knowledge base
• Cross-platform experience (PC, MAC, iOS, Android)

Preferred Experience

• Quality Assurance Certification (such as ASTQB or CSTE)
• Experience creating and/or implementing test automation frameworks
• Agile software development practices
• Task estimation skills and experience
• Use of project planning tools and other QA test management tools
