How you will make impact
Job responsibilities:
- Must be an experienced developer with a proven track record of hands-on delivery.
- Must be a strong core Java developer who develops using Test Driven Development and is familiar with working in a Continual Integration environment on a shared code base.
- Must be passionate about writing high quality code and be familiar with tools used to measure quality, security and performance.
- Technical experience will allow you to take the lead on feature design and development, as well as allowing you to identify new features and help form the strategy and direction of the program.
- Will be an experienced agile feature team member proficient in estimating and prioritizing feature backlogs to ensure that a team is productive and continually delivers, while managing stakeholder expectations and meeting commitments made.
- Will be able to provide technical leadership and mentoring while being open and inclusive, encouraging the whole team to participate in design and development.
You have:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- At least 7+ years of experience working in Java 8 and higher, Spring, Spring boot frameworks and other related technologies
- Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems
- Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages
- Experience with Python3
- Extensive experience with AWS Cloud, Cloud Foundry, Dockers/Kubernetes, Cassandra, Kafka
- Experience or a working knowledge of Conversational AI Platforms concepts
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals- Passionate about building and working in an innovative culture
- Ability to lead, motivate and mentor
- Ability to present to a diverse audience and influence senior stakeholders
