The Customer Technology Team's mission is to reinvent payment experiences for our customers, providing the most customer-friendly way to earn and discover rewards. You will have the opportunity to elevate the daily lives of millions of customers through technology and product innovations.
Your Day-to-Day
- Collaboration with product managers and designers to bring forward your insights and ideas and implement the consumer features for our mobile iOS applications
- Write and promote robust and maintainable code, clear documentation, and deliver high-quality work on a tight schedule
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the mobile iOS applications
- Assist team with tech decisions and related design reviews
- Perform research and evaluation of new technology, products, and features
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Participate in the product feature and business metrics definition process
- Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams
- Work with our leadership team to craft the ideal technical culture with a strong focus on Operational Excellence
We Are Looking For Folks With
- 5+ years of engineering experience in a medium or larger software company
- Proficiency in Swift and Xcode, including object-oriented design (MVVM etc.)
- Demonstrated technical breadth in building an advanced mobile iOS application
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve real-world problems in a fast-moving environment
- Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong team communication and collaboration skills
- A commitment to continuous improvement (yourself, your teammates, your software)
- Great product sense and can contribute to the product roadmap

- Having a strong passion and great experience building consumer-facing products, we would love to hear about the apps you've developed!
- Experience with mobile iOS app built with SwiftUI
- Experience with mobile iOS SDK modularization and integrating with third-party SDK
- Experiences contributing to product feature and business metrics definition process

Annual salary range: $170k-$210k and competitive equity package.
