Biograph is hiring a Senior Full StackSoftware Engineer to help build the technology platform that is driving our vision forward. Join a very early engineering team that keeps the bar high and prioritizes best practices. This role will report directly to the Head of Engineering, with opportunities for leadership as the company grows.
What You'll DoAs an early member of our engineering team you will have the opportunity to shape Biograph's technology, product, and culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Guide the Member Experience: Lead the design and development of engaging, user-friendly services that empower our members to manage their health with confidence.
- Empower Clinicians: Build innovative tools and platforms that elevate the effectiveness of our world-class clinicians, allowing them to provide the best possible care.
- Architect for Impact: Design and implement scalable, adaptable systems capable of managing diverse health data modalities and driving improved patient outcomes.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with engineers, designers, and product managers to craft a roadmap and solve problems that matter.

Must haves:
- 5+ years of professional Software Engineering experience.
- Experience with data-intensive web applications across the Full Stack.
- Strong understanding of frontend best practices, ideally in React.
- Experience building production applications in the cloud.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City. Team members typically work in our Manhattan office 3-5 days a week, with empathetic flexibility.
Compensation & Benefits- Compensation depends on level and years of experience.
