AC Wellness Network LLC is a subsidiary of Apple Inc. and is the dedicated management services organization (MSO) for AC Wellness, a dedicated independent medical group that serves Apple Wellness Centers in Santa Clara Valley. Our mission is to deliver the world's best healthcare experiences for Apple employees.
The MSO is looking for an extraordinary Back End Engineer with a background in large scale engineering projects. You will enjoy building services that Data Science and Application developers will leverage to shape outstanding experiences for our employees and customers.
Key Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience crafting and implementing modular, composable services, using state-of-the-art technology stacks
2+ years working on highly available, high-volume, low latency services at scale
2+ years experience with AWS w/ container services (specifically with k8s)
Go, Java or Kotlin experience is ideal
Experience with software development tools on Linux

As a Back End Engineer, you are ready to tackle big problems, enjoy working in an agile and multifaceted multi-functional team, love data, and want to make a huge impact in health. Some of your characteristics include:
• Experience building highly available and fault tolerant systems
• Proven track record of shipping services in production environments for consumer facing products
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience handling performance, application and security log management
• Strong coding experience and capable of picking up new languages
• Outstanding analytical thinking to solve challenging problems
Education & Experience
BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
