- Work with fellow associates to understand the real-life challenges of customers and discover what they need to move seamlessly between the online and in-person shopping experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues in product design, product management and systems architecture to develop experimental solutions and bring great ideas to life.
- Market your innovative ideas internally and evolve them according to feedback and critique within an agile environment.
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practice to continuously improve what we do and ensure our customer experience is the best it can be.

Qualifications and Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required.
- Strong teamwork skills, the ability to learn quickly, and excellent written and spoken communication are required.
- 5+ years of application development experience required.
Experience in the following Required
- Hands on UX / UI programming experience in React, HTML, CSS.
- Microsoft .NET (C#).
- Microsoft Azure or AWS required.
- Experience working with Agile and DevOps methodologies is required.
- GIT experience.
Experience in the following preferred:
- Experience with Front-end architecture preferred.
- Experience in a Microsoft .NET 6/7 (C#) preferred.
- Experience working within a product organization is preferred.
