- Develop, execute, and manage SEM and PPC campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google AdWords.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management to optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms like SquareSpace, ensuring seamless integration with digital marketing efforts.
- Utilize web and campaign analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and SEMRush to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Design and build custom landing pages and digital materials in support of partnership initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Employ a test-and-learn approach with A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Proactively identify, research, and recommend new digital marketing opportunities and innovations.

- 3+ years experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEM and PPC.
- Recent and active experience running Google AdWords campaigns.
- Experience executing and managing paid advertising campaigns across social platforms including Meta and LinkedIn.
- Proficient in website management and familiar with CMS platforms, preferably SquareSpace.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in web and campaign analytics tools, including Google Suite (Analytics, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Formstack, SEMRush, Zapier, and social media platforms.
