The Senior Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating project schedules to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed parameters. Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, to optimize construction timelines, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Critical for success are the abilities to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills, work collaboratively utilizing effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to detail.

What it takes?
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field or 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience as a construction scheduler, with a strong understanding of construction project lifecycles
• Proficient with Scheduling software programs (Primavera, P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent)
• Certified Scheduling Technician (CST) or Earned Value Professional (EVP) Certifications (Desired)
• Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) Certification or the ability to obtain
