Senior SAP Purchase to Pay Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an Senior SAP Purchase to Pay Analyst for a direct hire job opportunity with a client located in the Malvern PA area. Local candidates are needed as this is a hybrid onsite position from the start. The Senior SAP Purchase to Pay Analyst will provide functional/technical solutions in analysis, design, development and testing of SAP technologies.
Salary Range: $170-180,000 base salary with a competitive benefits offering
Senior SAP Purchase to Pay Analyst - job responsibilities include:

• Work collaboratively with the business and SAP functional team members to design and develop SAP solutions to meet the business needs.
• Develop and update user requirements, functional design specifications, test and training documents for technical/functional development and SAP Forms in support of SAP functional team requests.
• Analyze user requirements, procedures and automation of processes and improve existing development and processes.
• Provide technical knowledge and make recommendations on functional/technical design approach and tools.
• Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, plan and execute on operational excellence for efficiency.
• Research and provide advanced state-of-the-art technology solutions for robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) for automating the repetitive operations.
• Deliver on full development life cycle on capital projects.
• Perform overall production support.
• Maintain the approval matrix and release strategies across the globe.
• Maintain QI data of class, characteristics, and help with usage decisions and certificate of analysis.

Required experience includes:

• 5-7+ years of hands-on techno-functional experience across with strong experience with Order to Cash/Customer, FICO/Account reporting and Purchase to Pay/AP/Invoicing/Purchasing/Payment.
• 2-3+ years of working in SAP HANA and/or S/4 HANA platform.
• Experience with SOX Compliance protocol
• SAP configuration experience to set up modules.
• Good experience in developing functional specifications for technical development of: Specification for Custom report development including ALV, ABAP query; Enhancements techniques including BADI, user exits, implicit code enhancement; Data conversion and interface techniques including LSMW, BAPI, ALE/IDOC, BDC; Form development using SAPscript and SmartForms; o OSS note application; and SAP Workflow (implementation of standard and/or fully custom).
• Experience in configuring SAP and setting up master data for MRP / MPS for chemical manufacturing and rolling out materials requirements planning to manufacturing plants (in process order environment).
• Experience in developing training documents and delivering Train-the-Trainer or End User Training programs.
• Hands on development experience in one or more of the following areas is also preferred: BI (Business Warehouse), SAP IDOC setup and support, Interface mapping and EDI processing using Microsoft Biztalk or other middleware technology, SAP Mobile Applications, SAP Authorizations (User Administration and Role Maintenance)
• Exposure or knowledge of RPA, AI and ML in materials management, production planning and quality inspection or other similar functional areas.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Science or equivalent

• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and have a focus on internal "customer" satisfaction.
• Must be a life-long learner and practitioner of state-of-the-art developments in enterprise technologies and business process re-engineering.
• Must demonstrate strong organization skills, detail oriented, ability to organize complex projects, manage multiple tasks, and meet established deadlines.
