Job Duties:
- The Sr. PRA Analyst is the team member responsible for the timely daily support of business continuity operations pertaining to the SAP PRA system.
- Accountable for completion and maintenance of support tasks related to PRA and acts as a liaison between the business and all other corporate functions associated with the PRA data.
- Support personnel responsible for ensuring all inquiries related to landowners, legal, internal and external audits along with various state agencies inquires and financial inquiries are answered timely and accurately based on information provided.
- Provides user support for transforming historical data from legacy PRA systems into current SAP PRA system.
- Develop functional requirements for enhanced of transformation of data into SAP PRA
- Facilitate end user acceptance testing as needed
- Support other groups including Internal Audit, External Auditors and Process Compliance by creating ad-hoc data extracts and queries, and fulfilling data requests
- Serve as SAP PRA super-user, working side-by-side with users in testing and troubleshooting.
- Participate as a team member in special projects
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience providing support for PRA as well as extensive working knowledge of SAP PRA, and potentially legacy PRA systems, Waterfield and PAS revenue systems
- A minimum of 5- years of SAP PRA System
- In-depth understanding of revenue accounting, management reporting, general accounting processes, month-end accruals, settlements, payment & collection, and internal policy compliance.
- Solid experience with Front to Back revenue internal controls, process design and documentation, process testing/audit, and process improvements; Ability to identify and understand various risks and then design and implement relevant processes/controls to mitigate them.
- Extensive working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
- The legal authorization to work in the US for anyone other than current employer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or Business related degree.
