Title: Senior Salesforce Engineer

Location: Open to telecommuting from home office anywhere in the United States

Duties: Working within the Life Time Technology Group, deliver technical design and development of software components for assigned projects. Work as part of an agile development team that focuses on delivering high-quality solutions that enable our various lines of business to achieve their goals. Design, code, and test technical solutions with an emphasis on Test Driven Development. Proactively work with Business Analysts to understand project requirements. Recognize and effectively communicate risks to project timelines and quality. Strive to eliminate defects as early as possible by actively participating in code reviews. Support and help guide the evolution of the system's architecture. Identify system deficiencies and proactively recommend solutions. Increase efficiency of team by mentoring other team members. Understand and communicate technical and functional design requirements to other team members. Position is based out of and reports to Life Time's HQ in Chanhassen, Minnesota, but allows for the option to telecommute from a home office anywhere in the United States.

Requirements: At least a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, plus 5 years of experience as a software engineer/developer, test engineer, IT consultant, or related role. Employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, plus 7 years of progressively responsible post baccalaureate experience as a software engineer/developer, test engineer, IT consultant, or related role. In addition, the position requires:

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com Administration
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com Development
• 3+ years of experience with Agile and Scrum
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD
• 2+ years of experience using story management, with Jira, CA Rally, Quality Central, or similar software
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring team members
