Senior Salesforce Administrator

GMS, one of the country's leading PEOs, is looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Salesforce Administrator to oversee all aspects of our Salesforce CRM platform.
First what is the Senior Salesforce Administrator responsible for?

• Responsible for all aspects of the Salesforce platform to continually improve and enhance our sales team. 
• Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
• Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
• Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
• All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
• Monitor and improve user adoption
• New user and ongoing user training
• Sandbox environment management
• DevOps/release management
• Identifying unused or underutilized platform features
• Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Experience - 10 years related experience required or equivalent combination of education; Strong Salesforce product knowledge and 7+ years of Salesforce Administration preferred; Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud preferred; Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Platform App preferred.
• Education - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience required
