Senior RPA Developer (Robotic Process Automation)
Plymouth Rock is seeking a skilled, Senior UiPath RPA Developer to work cross-functionally with the business and IT to design, develop, deploy and optimize automation solutions using RPA intelligent automation tools and techniques. This is an exciting role spanning all facets of our business and offers a career opportunity to expand into the Solution Architect role. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented
- Design, develop and test automation workflows in order to improve business processes and create efficiencies to meet business objectives, primarily through RPA solutions
- Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with IT to integrate RPA solutions with other systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for RPA workflows
- Participate in the development of RPA standards, processes, and best practices
- Keep up-to-date with emerging automation technologies and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with the business and IT to ensure compliance with governance framework
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3-5 years of experience developing with UiPath
- Expertise with Studio, Orchestrator, Integration Service and Automation Hub
- Experience with Intelligent Document Processing/Document Understanding
- Experience with generative AI (LLM’s such as ChatGPT) a plus
- Deep understanding of RPA concepts and best practices
- Proficiency in programming languages and database technologies such as Python, Java,.Net, VB Script, SQL
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong time and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
