Position: Low Slope Roofing PM/Superintendent
Location: NorCal - Vacaville or Sacramento
Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 base DOE + truck you can take home, gas card, matching 401K, excellent insurance, Health savings Account, flexible spending account, and other great perks
***This is a primarily office based position, however there will be travel throughout Sacramento and Bay Area to jobsites***
Our client is one one the most reputable roofing and solar companies in CA who have been in business for almost 40 years. All they do is CA and are experts at commercial, residential, and multifamily construction in CA. Their business is about 70% new construction and due to massive growth they are looking for a Senior PM / Superintendent to run their crews and help grow the new construction division.
The ideal candidate has the business acumen of a PM who can manage RFI's, change orders and be the liaison with the GC's, but has the management experience of a Senior Superintendent and can manage multiple 2-3 man crews on several new construction multifamily projects.
Qualifications:
- Multilingual (Spanish) highly desirable
- 3+ years of commercial roofing & sheet metal experience, with knowledge of all low slope and steep slope roof systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with different levels within the company and with outside customers
- Intricate knowledge of low slope roofing systems
- Good understanding of MEP Building Systems also helpful
- Thorough knowledge OSHA regulations and safety standards (OSHA 30 Certified)
- Thorough knowledge OSHA regulations and safety standards (OSHA 30 Certified)
- Good computer skills a must (ie Microsoft Office, Apple/Android Phones & Tablets,etc)
- Capacity to work well under pressure and predetermined schedules
- Strong focus on quality and attention to detail a must
- Exceptional organizational skills
