Crescend Technologies, a leader in RF Amplifiers and High-power Solid State Microwave generators is seeking a full-time Senior RF Engineer. If you are an experienced professional with experience in designing and improving systems applying RF technology, Crescend Technologies has a career opportunity for you! As a Senior RF Engineer, you are responsible for expanding Crescend's products and technical capabilities in new and existing markets:
• Perform RF Design and Technical Lead functions for product development throughout lifetime of product. This includes initial spec review and compliance estimate; size, weight, and cost assumptions; technology choice and architecture; prototyping, and Responsible Engineer activities for all Electrical and Mechanical design and drawing package outputs. Oversee all aspects of transitioning design from Engineering Prototype to Production Deliverable product.
• Lead Internal Research and Development projects.
• Generate Plans and Procedures for product Qualification, Design Verification, and Acceptance Testing.
• Perform functional analysis, detail trade studies, review specifications requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware specifications.
• Display a depth of knowledge across multiple technical areas.
• Mentor associate engineers as necessary.
• Participate in development of technical strategies and teaming strategies on multiple projects.
• Support technical proposals as necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Completion of a Bachelors' degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering; and 5+ years of experience in applied RF technology design or manufacturing are preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job).
