Role overview
Our RevTech team help clients unlock revenue growth with expert Marketing, Sales & AI consulting and delivery across any B2B buyer's journey - accelerating pipeline velocity for bigger wins. We empower and inspire Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to become the Revenue Team that delivers this success for our client's organization.
As we witness remarkable growth in the US, we're on the lookout to welcome our first in-region team member to take the lead on our key US accounts and help grow our presence across the territory.
As the driving force behind the RevTech team's US endeavors, you will help to define and shape our future, supported by our accomplished colleagues in New York, San Francisco, and Seattle.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of RevTech, your expertise in marketing and sales technology, combined with the ability to understand organizational pain points, will be crucial in offering strategic consultancy and helping some of our biggest clients navigate their challenges and achieve their business goals.
You will drive revenue growth in the region by identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts, working in close partnership with various Agent3 departments on joint new business ventures, leading standalone RevTech initiatives, and amplifying the visibility of our RevTech offerings in the United States.
As a crucial member of the RevTech team, you'll help us to evolve our offering in the region, identifying areas of opportunity where we can add value, as well as providing mentoring and line management skills to ensure that our team can capitalize on them.
You will have the option to work in a hybrid or fully remote setting.
As a Senior RevOps Consultant at Agent3, you will:

  • Provide strategic RevTech consultancy to enable clients to optimize their marketing automation, CRM, and engagement platforms, driving toward their strategic goals.
  • Grasp client challenges, uncovering additional support avenues through RevTech and the wider Agent3 offerings to enhance value and grow accounts.
  • Engage senior partners, communicating concepts and solutions to foster trust and accelerate their commitment to our strategies.
  • Spearhead new business initiatives within RevTech and across multiple SBUs, leading proposal, pitch, and pricing efforts.
  • Elevate the RevTech brand in the US through both internal and external channels, including collaboration with Agent3 colleagues, expertise, and active industry participation.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the RevTech unit by advising on offerings, positioning, and service models and by mentoring team members.

You will bring:
  • Experience dealing with architecting and implementing Marketing Operations (MOps) and Sales Operations (SOps) processes
  • Experience in line managing and mentoring MOps / SOps specialists
  • Experience putting forward innovative solutions/technology to help address client/market challenges
  • In-depth knowledge of the buyer journey, encompassing the various stages, coupled with expertise in reporting on and optimizing this process.
  • The ability to identify stakeholders' challenges and articulate effective solutions with confidence, securing their trust, enthusiasm, and agreement that we are the ideal partner for support.
  • The ability to identify and capitalize on potential areas of growth in current client accounts
  • An understanding of important drivers and trends in the US market and their impact on the RevTech landscape
  • Experience managing a tech stack, including Marketing Automation (MA), CRM, engagement and ABM platforms, as well as appropriate ancillary tools (such as event platforms, etc.)
  • An interest in how AI can be leveraged to optimize user journeys
