IN SUMMARY...
Azalea Health is seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Cycle Claims Specialist to provide Revenue Cycle Management/Medical Billing services for Azalea clients. Operating under the direct supervision of the Revenue Cycle Claims Manager, this role will be critical to retaining and growing our RCM customer base.

WHAT YOU WILL DO...
- Perform traditional Revenue Cycle Claims Specialist support tasks for assigned accounts
- Onboard and train new members of the RCM Claims Specialist team and support experienced RCM Claims Specialists as needed
- Effectively understands and communicates health care industry and payer specific billing and coding guidelines in addition to internal Azalea and Client specific guidelines
- Support new RCM client implementations and account setup
- Assist the Claims Team Lead and Claims Manager with various Revenue Cycle Management-related duties as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Communicate and provide resolution for common issues with clients via email and virtual means.
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING...
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- 2-4 years of Azalea Health specific experience, including a minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Claims Specialist
- CPC or CPB Certification through AAPC or other approved related certification (ex: RH-CBS) preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency and navigation of the Azalea Health EHR system and suite of RCM software support services
- Excellent computer and internet skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
