Day-to-Day:

• Heavy call-based, professional sales environment.
• Qualified inbound calls seeking our services.
• Client retention and presentation of tax resolutions for servicing fees.

What We Want:

• Sales experience and industry experience preferred: mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, collections, car sales, and/or personal finance.
• Previous call-center setting experience along with polished communication skills.
• Superior multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Exercise patience over the phone with the ability to identify client mindset and motivations.
• Previous experience with CRM softwares and Microsoft Office Suite along with a high degree of computer proficiency.

Pay:

• UNCAPPED commissions.
• Highly competitive commission rate up to 15% of all servicing fees signed.
