As the Senior Regional Loss Prevention Manager-West you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting all matters of the Loss Prevention function for the assigned region which currently consists of 37 locations spanning from Southern California to Northern California and Vancouver BC to Texas with multiple New Club Openings scheduled for 2024 and beyond. This role will report into the Vice President Loss Prevention and have strong relationships with the Club Operations leaders and team members.

• Assist in strategic initiatives and contribute to the successful development and implementation of Loss Prevention objectives.
• Review, advise, and manage the physical security standards for clubs that will ensure the security and safety of members, employees, and corporate assets.
• Conduct & ensure the timely completion of Club Compliance Assessments to identify existing or potential exposure and monitor compliance with policies and procedures.
• Conduct investigations as necessary for both internal and external incidents that include the routine completion of phone interviews with suspects & witnesses.
• Facilitate the Loss Prevention education awareness program to enhance employee awareness and provide added service to members.
• Review & respond to reported loss incident reports such as locker room thefts, shoplifting, inappropriate behavior, violence/threats, cash shortage, vandalism, robbery, burglary, employee theft or fraud, open-source information, or any other internal or external event resulting in loss of company assets.
• Assist and support emergency evacuation incidents for regional clubs.
• Manage all camera system access, service requests, maintenance, and troubleshooting for respective clubs.
• Manage third party security vendor post orders and service for all fixed sites as well as for any ad-hoc service required in assigned region.
• Manage and implement proactive shrink measures for the clubs.
• Provide training and support in the proper operation of CCTV and other security equipment.
• Partner with the legal department on investigations and responses to incidents.
• Partner and function as a liaison with law enforcement and local authorities.
• Work with field management to ensure proper business practices and proactive programs are built into the way business is done.
• Support all New Club Openings in assigned market by conducting Physical Security assessments leading New Club Opening trainings.
• Compose monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual Loss Prevention summaries including trend analysis on Loss Prevention Function KPI’s.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable combination of education, work experience, and law enforcement experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of Loss Prevention, corporate security, supply chain services, or asset protection experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with multi-site locations strongly preferred.
• Ability to research, understand, and effectively communicate data and inquiries, leveraging internal systems, and enterprise applications such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and the O365 Suite.
• Experience conducting internal investigations and conducting integrity interviews.
• Proficient in conducting complex investigations and compliance with legal standards related to retail theft and fraud.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and develop actionable Loss Prevention strategies.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and guiding effective teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships across all organizational levels and with external law enforcement partners.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate Close Circuit Television Systems a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with all company personnel and law enforcement.
• Ability to handle difficult situations discretely and with diplomacy.
• Ability to travel to all clubs in the region required, including overnight travel and additional travel as required (estimated 25-50% of time).
• Training in investigation techniques such as Wicklander Zulawski, or Reid a plus.
• Advanced certifications related to asset protection or fraud examination are preferred, including ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.

Pay Transparency: Min $130K - Max $140K
