We are looking for an experienced Quality Specialist to join our team in Portland OR.
As our Senior Quality Specialist, you will monitor the flow of material through the manufacture/test process and final inspection.
Location:Portland OR- Onsite
Your Challange:
- Performs data pack and shipping document review.
- Host Source Inspection and On site Customer Quality Meetings.
- Liase with Vendors on Quality Related issues.
- Reviews inspection/test failure and rejection reports to identify project failure trends and provides recommendations for corrective action. Inspection of machined or welded parts, PCB's, related hardware, fabrication and assemblies within marine defense.
- Development of inspection plans.
- Provides assistance to inspection personnel in the identification and resolution of problems encountered during hardware flow to ensure acceptable quality levels are maintained. May perform actual inspection (including
- NDT) when required.
- Performs system and process audits.
- Perform Inspections duties - Goods Inwards , In process and Final.
What you Bring:
- Proficient in the interpretation of complex engineering drawings, schematics and process plans.
- Must be eligible for a Security Clearance
- IPC 610 certified
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
