Manage Quality projects to completion and participate in Engineering projects for new products or processes. Interact professionally with BDM, PS customers in project management and problem solving activities. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ability to speak, read and write English. Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and practices and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Quality projects and drive to completion, with coordination and engagement of all the involved functions.

  • Participate in Engineering projects; provide Quality input; define control plans; and ensure timely completion of all Quality related tasks for local process change projects and support product transfer projects.

  • Quality Engineering Support for new product/process development projects (interfaces with WW functions as local main contact for project Quality), including definition of local specifications in compliance with WW specifications, MSA for new inspection methods and statistical analysis for process capability.

  • Complete investigation, validation and other reports with appropriate technical writing.

  • Demonstrate ability to make consistent and data driven decisions.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • Field(s) of Study: Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Software

  • A minimum of 5 years experience working in a quality / technical role.

  • Experience at a Pharma, Biotech or Medical Device manufacturer preferred.
