We are currently seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring product quality by inspecting product and owning related quality processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Inspecting and testing of materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance: First-Pass Yield (FPY), Defect Per Unit (DPU), Complaints and other necessary Quality metrics to ensure high product quality and process improvement opportunities are identified.
• Working closely with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Development and Technical Support to ensure high quality products and processes are developed and deployed. The activities include process validation, risk assessment, and FMEA.
• Develop systems to identify, analyze, correct and prevent issues that adversely affect product safety and performance.
• Drive systematic approach in problem solving and process improvement using quality engineering tools.

The required qualifications for the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in quality, engineering, technology, or science from an accredited college or university
• Five years or more experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a similar role
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements
• Hands-on experience in statistical analysis
• Proven cross-functional problem-solving skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Quality Engineering tools including, but not limited to, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiment.
• Managing external audits.

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
