Job Description
Organized, detail oriented candidate who has experience with social media and project management/coordination. Help support and develop research, executive, digital and print communications teams and campaigns including thought leadership event booking, award submissions, tracking campaign metrics and reports. Writes, plans and organizes Public Relations initiatives for the health system.

- Support and oversee operations for PR teams
- Provide ideas and support for increasing digital and social brand presence
- Provide material support, like updating flyers, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
- Submit intake requests for photoshoots, video shoots, content creation
- Assist with scheduling photo/video shoots, etc.
- Assist with writing projects, like articles and annual reports
- Research new awards and speaking engagements for spokespeople, submit applications
- Assist with updating trackers, like media hits and press releases, award submission trackers
- Organize and maintain member bios, headshots, photos
- Research, brainstorm and support implementation of, potential influencer partnerships and increasing our spokespeople prominence
- Reaches out to news media to promote clinical initiatives of the organization, its hospitals, and clinical service lines.
- Writes news releases, advisories, and other communications in support of media outreach efforts.
- Arranges prints and broadcasts news interviews for organization and hospital physicians and other staff.
- Plans news conferences and other promotional events in support of communications efforts.
- Conducts interviews and writes stories for organization and hospital digital properties, newsletters, and magazines.
- Coordinates photo assignments for digital properties, newsletters and media outreach.
- Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
HIGHLY PREFFERED
- Marketing Agency or In House Public Relations experience
