You are a confident, agile PR professional with a passion for communication and teamwork. You love thinking proactively, activating PR plans and working closely and collaboratively with a team. A skilled PR practitioner, you’re looking to help lead forward-thinking strategic counsel, including work in reputation management, issues management/crisis management, plan development, content strategy, social media strategy, event execution, real-time media relations, activation planning and more. You manage multiple PR and content projects and deadlines with ease and a high degree of detail. You excel at turning visions and strategy into real plans of action. Your strategic communication experience includes generating content with a focus on strong interviewing, writing and editing. Teammates would call you logical, fast on your feet, decisive, creative and hard-working. And with your agriculture experience, you’re excited to work on two ag clients at the country’s largest ag agency.

• You have PR experience in public affairs and have spent ample time working on issues management and crisis management.
• You have five to nine years of agency experience and a bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing or communications.
• You have either personal or professional experience in agriculture; bonus if you have a passion for livestock and/or equipment and are in step with ag industry issues.
• You excel at organizing the work and helping motivate a team.
• You have the ability to build relationships quickly and your love of teamwork is unmatched.
