Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee the operations and management of our properties. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our portfolio, including residential and commercial properties. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Rest assured! We have specialized internal teams to assist you in all areas of the property management transaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all properties in your portfolio
- Act as a liaison between property owners, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures
- Manage tenant relations, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring tenant satisfaction
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks
- Monitor rental payments and ensure timely collection of rent from tenants
- Prepare annual budgets for each property and monitor expenses to ensure financial targets are met
- Collaborate with leasing agents to market available properties and attract new tenants
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, rental rates, and legal requirements
- Provide regular reports to senior management on property performance and financials
- Prepare and present regular reports, financial analyses, and performance metrics to stakeholders, demonstrating accountability and transparency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Property Management
- Proficient in using property management software such as Rentvine, Process Street, & Lead Simple
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to property management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
