Senior Property Accountant - Plymouth Meeting, Pa - A hybrid work schedule is available with this opportunity! $80-95k

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Accountant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on real estate accounting. They will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The Senior Property Accountant will also play a key role in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for a portfolio of real estate properties
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Provide accounting support to other departments, such as property management and leasing
• Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of experience in property accounting
• Experience with accounting software, such as Yardi JDE or MRI
