Salary- Role: Senior Project Manager (Shell & Core) - Luxury Resorts
- Project: $800m overall luxury development
- Location: Bozeman area
- Salary package: US $130,000 - $150,000 per annum + Bonus + relocation
An extremely reputable high-end construction group operating across Montana and I are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Shell & Core, for the construction of Ultra-Luxury Condos & Commercial projects in Montana.
The overall development is $800m of luxury real estate, and you will be assigned to a cluster of high-end Condo's & Apartments / Town Houses.
You will be a Senior Project Manager capable of handling more than a single projects at one time. You will:
- Liaise with the client throughout construction
- Supporting your assistant PM . Superintendents through the process
- Reviewing and approving charge orders
- Reviewing pay applications/invoices
- Updating financial forecasts on overall Project budget, etc.
Pre-requisites for position
- Min 7 years Luxury Residential / Homes / Condos / Commercial experience
- Ability to lead multiple sites & teams at a given time
- Outstanding 1-1 client facing skills
