Senior Project Engineer

We are looking for a motivated engineer to add to our staff. The right person will have the ability to multi-task, work with a team of engineeres and interact with clients about current and future projects. Eligible candidates must have 5 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment and a desire to be part of a growing team.

JW Bell is a leading custom manufacturer in the Midwest. We commonly manufacture rock crushers, end loader buckets, conveyors, silos - you name it, we can build it.

Desired skills and responsibilities:

• Knowledge of CNC Machine Centers: CNC Burn Table (Pronest is a plus), CNC brake press, CNC Beam Cutter, CNC Plate Roll, CNC Tube Bender and Waterjet
• ERP/MRP software - Global Shop is a plus
• Knowledge of structural plate steel fabrication
• Understanding of Hydraulics
• Creation of 3D model and production drawings
• Continuous improvement for manufacturing processes
• Solidworks
• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience is required.
