What are we looking for?
We are looking for a team member who puts the customer first and is passionate about solving problems with creativity, compassion, and technical acumen. You will need to bring a combination of technical, business, strategic and problem-solving skills to the team to support implementation efforts and as a data subject matter expert to the larger SentinelOne team. Looking for an individual who is smart, passionate about data and cybersecurity, and who brings a sense of joy and teamwork to everything they do.
As a Professional Services Engineer, you will help customers realize value from their investment in SentinelOne. Our Professional Services Engineers are vital to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and mission-critical security solutions. Your focus will be on deploying SentinelOne solutions in intricate enterprise settings, meeting both technical requirements and business objectives.
What will you do?
  • Deliver implementation, enablement and advisory services for SentinelOne Singularity Data Lake and related technologies.
  • Consult with Customers to build collaborative architecture, success criteria and project plans for implementation customized to their business objectives.
  • Work with Customers as a trusted advisor helping guide them on ongoing best practices and product usage; identify and suggest new opportunities for applying the technology.
  • Empower customers to take on the next wave of questions on their own.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery Partners, enabling them to provide the same level of service to our Customers.
  • Represent and advocate Customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
  • Continuously improve methodologies, deliverables and processes to create an unparalleled Customer Experience.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?
  • Possess a Customer-centric approach; you enjoy working with Customers and establishing strong relationships.
  • Prior experience in a Professional Services Engineer/Implementation Engineer role or related field services (pre-sales, customer success, etc.)
  • Adept at managing Customer expectations that results in high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong background with SIEM (Splunk, Devo, Qradar, Exabeam, etc.), big data platforms (Cassandra, Hadoop, etc.), data lakes (Snowflake, DataBricks), streaming analytics (Kafka), and/or log management (ElasticSearch, SumoLogic, etc.)
  • Some code writing proficiency is desired (C/C++, Shell, Perl, Python)
  • Experience with RegEx and writing parsers - wont have this listed
  • Background in cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google)and technologies such as Kubernetes
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in communicating with Customers from diverse cultures.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Strong team player but still a self-starter.
  • Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
  • Ability to travel to visit prospects, customers and partners on occasion (no more than 25% and as required).

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some
locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range
$112,000 - $154,000 USD
