Our client, an AM Law 100 firm, is looking to hire a Professional Development and Training Manager at their offices in New York City. This is a full time, direct hire role that will allow for a hybrid work week (3-days a week onsite). The position will pay an annual base salary of $175K to $225K plus a performance based bonus and excellent benefits package. This role will focus on the ongoing Professional Development and Training of the firms attorneys. Our client is seeking someone with 7 years of management experience with Professional Development in an AM Law 100 firm.
