DPCOE (Digital & Photonics COE) is seeking a Senior Product Planner for the Mid-range Infiniium and High-Volume InfiniiVision Oscilloscopes business.  The business includes the EXR/MXR Mid-range real-time oscilloscopes and the InfiniiVision real-time oscilloscopes sold primarily through distribution partners.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the R&D managers to lead these two businesses to drive strategic direction, prioritization, business plans, product roadmap, product definitions, voice of the customer, and overall management of these critical business segments for Keysight.

You will also be responsible for defining market-leading solutions for R&D validation and electrical characterization of high performance systems and power analysis/validation.  You will have a deep understanding of general purpose electrical technologies, power characterization technologies and test methods along with measurement expertise to help our customers characterize their systems.

 

This role requires industry experience, customer insight, leadership and drive to work across the organization and directly with customers to define and help create these market-leading solutions.

 


  • Bachelor or Master Level Degree in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of relevant experience.  MBA is preferred.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in technical product management, R&D and/or product planning with a track record of identifying key customer needs and delivering industry-leading solutions.
  • Ability to work directly with cross-functional partners and customers to define market-leading products, business proposals, product forecasts, competitive strategies, pricing and product plans.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with field partners, customers, solution partners and industry/technology groups.
  • Technical ability and experience with test and measurement equipment is required, especially oscilloscopes.
  • Ability to understand complex emerging technologies and their market dynamics, and to translate them into executable strategies and implementation tactics.
  • Ability to teach measurement science to customers in customer visits and seminars.
  • Based on customer requirements, candidates must be a US Citizen

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

 

Colorado pay range: MIN $135,150- MAX $225,250

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
