As a Product Manager you will work on an inspiring suite of products to deliver best in class return experience to Happy Returns consumers and solve #1 problems of ecommerce. Happy Returns has a small team, every prioritized product/project is highly visible and impactful. You will be working on products with direct impact to Happy Returns Revenue and bottom line
Job Description
In your role, you contribute to prioritizing projects and updating our product roadmap as well as help with the definition, design, and launch of new products and features in the Happy Returns product ecosystem of warehouse management system and logistics.
What do you need to bring
- 4+ years of Product Manager experience, delivering products from 0 to 1 and solving problems with existing products
- Exceptional product and design sense
- The ability to make excellent decisions quickly
- A high aptitude for learning new systems and industries quickly and managing products across the full technology stack
- Deep technical understanding of and empathy for software development; CS degree and/or coding beyond HTML/CSS strongly preferred
- Outstanding numerical analytical ability
- The ability to think and write clearly
- The ability to manage development tasks to maximize the effectiveness of the team and maintain engineers’ energy and enthusiasm over time
- Interest in e-commerce, logistics, and/or high-growth startup
- Clear written and verbal communication, managing clients, and stakeholders
