This is a fully remote opportunity. Must be consistently available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

The Opportunity 
Lunchbox is revolutionizing the food tech industry, powering over 4,000 restaurants in the USA with our comprehensive online ordering system. As the Senior Product Managerwith specialized POS experience, you'll drive our product suite's evolution, ensuring seamless POS integrations. Collaborate with a passionate team, shape the digital future for restaurateurs, and solidify Lunchbox's position as the industry's top choice.
Responsibilities:
    • Evolve Our Product Ecosystem: Directly influence the continuous improvement of our POS integrations, ensuring they are not only seamless but also innovatively serve our restaurant partners.
    • Strategic Leadership: Utilize your expertise in product management to set strategic directions for development teams, ensuring that our product roadmap aligns with market needs and Lunchbox's vision.
    • Bridge Gaps: Act as a vital communication link between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical details into actionable business strategies.
    • Innovate and Optimize: Drive innovation by leveraging your background in loyalty programs, payment systems, and other restaurant technologies to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
    • Mentorship and Team Development: Lead by example, mentoring junior Product Managers and fostering a culture of growth, empowering team members to excel in their roles.
    • Scale Our Solutions: Apply your proven track record in scaling products to help Lunchbox meet the growing demands of the food tech industry, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 4 years in product management
    • Solid background in the food tech industry, with a deep understanding of POS systems and their intricacies
    • Experience with integrating multiple POS systems, including but not limited to Aloha, Revel, Brink, Square, and Toast, required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising efficiently between technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Ability to understand new point-of-sale systems and how they can integrate to our existing architecture 
    • Highly driven and proactive individual with an assertive approach; possesses a level of enthusiasm and initiative that occasionally requires temperance

    • Bonus Qualifications: 
    • Past experience with loyalty programs, payment systems, and other digital restaurant tools
    • People Management: Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and growing product teams
    • Proven track record in scaling products in high-growth environments
    • Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related fields
