Job Description

Zoom Meetings is the flagship product from Zoom with a mission to deliver limitless human connection. The Senior Product Manager for Meetings Media will be responsible for driving innovation on the core media stack that powers the Zoom platform, underpinning features that enable our users to have engaging, effective, and collaborative meetings. This position will work closely with Zoom researchers to ensure that Zoom's reputation as the most scalable, reliable and high quality collaboration platform continues far into the future.

A great candidate will have a strong experience as a Product Manager for media processing, WebRTC, VoIP, and videocommunications. Responsibilities:

+ Set the strategy and define priorities for research and development of core media capabilities on Zoom clients, infrastructure and web products

+ Analyze competitive offerings and industry / technology trends to inform your strategy and the strategy of the software products that Zoom builds

+ Own the roadmap for media-driven features in Zoom Meetings, defining a vision that maximizes customer value, breaking down the vision into product releases, driving with Zoom research and engineering teams through delivery, working with marketing to cross promote joint solutions

+ Work with customers and partners to ensure that solutions you define can be implemented and deployed effectively

+ Work with marketing to ensure that the benefits of your developments can be effectively communicated to the market

Basic Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of Product Management experience

+ Proven record of managing and delivering successful products and features

+ Demonstrated data-driven decision making skills

+ Technical background is required, Engineering / CS degree a plus

+ Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated

+ Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen

+ Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, adhering and adopting a measured sales process

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field

+ Previous experience in SaaS based Enterprise focused organization

+ Previous experience with collaboration software and real time media

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$90,500.00

Maximum:

$209,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
