How you'll make an impact:

SiriusXM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Listeners Experience team, identifying unique ways to leverage our understanding of listeners to drive personalization within the product. You will be responsible for partnering with product analytics to identify the metrics and behaviors that migrate listeners between our retention tiers and prioritize experiments and product improvements to encourage these behaviors. You will work closely with the personalization platform product team to drive efforts in support of our goals. This a great opportunity for a creative and impact-focused Senior Product Manager to identify and drive growth efforts within Pandora.

What you'll do:

• Partner with Personalization platform team to deliver on recommendations experiences

• Identify breakthrough feature and product innovations based on insights from quantitative and qualitative research, market analysis and experimentation

• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and provide product vision to help inform their strategies

• Leverage AB testing best practices to make data-backed decisions

• Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's

  goals and objectives

• Collaborate with org wide cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and features

• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of product updates and releases

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably working with recommendations and personalization within consumer-facing products

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Can lead communication and collaboration with a diverse group of Senior cross-functional partners and with the Executive Leadership Team

• A results-driven mindset and a passion for building products that delight customers

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $113,900 to $170,900 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
