The position is based within Global Payments Solutions (GPS), and the role reports to the Global Head of Account Solutions and ESG Propositions, Liquidity & Investments Product Management. Responsible for P&L management, E2E product management and development, commercialization and product strategy planning. Require to have close collaboration with key stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Service, Operations, Technology, and Market Treasury. Available to work in a dynamic and diverse team. This is a key role within a global matrix and will provide the opportunity to take on other side projects . Important to be able to manage concurrent tasks/projects.
As our Senior Product Manager, Account Solutions you will:
- Manage P&L of account-based products (DDA/Current Account, ECR, etc.)
- Drive pricing and revenue optimization initiatives
- Lead product governance
- Lead initiatives, working closely with stakeholders in Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Operations, IT, Legal, and Compliance to deliver optimal client experience
- Embrace and instill continuous improvement culture by proactively identifying areas of opportunity
- Perform analysis and make recommendations to obtain input and buy-in from senior management and relevant stakeholders
- Manage risk across the portfolio by complying with product governance activities and proactively addressing gaps in existing offering
- Be an integral member of a broader Liquidity team working to achieve regional and global objectives
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $122,000.00 and $183,000.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
